Jon Martinez was instrumental and extremely helpful in getting my son a diversion plea deal on a domestic violence charge so that once the diversion conditions are met, the charge will be completely dismissed. This was by far the best result we could have hoped for. Jon is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him!

I would recommend you find a different lawyer. My family went to him during an extremely difficult time. After she was arrested Jon Martinez told my niece he «believed» in her and would work pro-​bono, but needed $ 2500 to pay for court fees and report fees. After my family finally got the money together, he took it and then told us, «this was actually to pay her prior bill. I am not helping her.» He lied to us and left us devastated. This was all verbal so we have no recourse.
