We arrived at this store at 12:07 pm on Sunday, the front doors were locked, I noticed the store hours stated they open at 12:00 pm. The employee noticed us standing there, he unlocked the door and stood there. Not once apologizing for the situation. I feel like an inconvenience. Sorry we disrupted your conversation on what you did last night at the local discothèque.
With how this place Jacks up the prices, you would think little Maria would be running out with a dang glass of champagne and some assorted cheeses. I mean, $ 115.00 for one polo??? COME ON! For $ 115.00 this thing better come with some jewelry and a dry cleaner.
This place is nothing more than a rip off. $ 235.00 for alterations on four suits?!? INSANITY!!!

I walked into the store around 7pm right after my workout at the gym. I still had my workout clothes on but wanted to purchase a pair of maroon chinos that I had seen from the window a previous day. I was not sweaty and smelly if that’s the impression I’m giving :) When I came into the store the staff noticed me but did not greet me at all so I continued to walk around found the pants and size that I required eventually but still received ZERO attention. Feeling a little insulted I put the pants down and walked out. Never have I ever felt this unwelcome in a store before. They have nice clothing but they will never receive a dollar from me due to how I felt inside that store that day. Do yourself a favor and buy from some other place.

I called to inquire about whether they had a particular suit for my fiancé. The guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and didn’t speak clearly, and when I didn’t respond right away he said, «Hello!» I then asked if I had called the right place because surely I had dialed the wrong number, but no it was the right place. When I asked my question he said, «No.» It was like I was inconveniencing him with this call and my questions. He did not seem like he wanted to help.
This call is the reason I will not set foot inside this store.

Well. Not gonna comment on their suits. But I have purchased suits and had them tailored there. One week I told them that the following week I would need a coat tailored and returned on the same day. They said that would not be a problem. But when I came in the next week they said they could not. This was a disastre. I pointed out they told me the previous week they could but they said the situation changed and they sold a lot of suits. Let’s just say I counted on them, they really left me out in the cold when they reversed their commitment.
