I called and spoke with the owner 2 weeks ago, regarding a charter bus for our youth group organization. He told me a bus was available for the date I requested, and I said that I would call him back soon once we confirmed we would go with this company. I called back the next day and got voice mail. I left a message. I didn’t hear anything so I called back the next day and left a message. And the next day. And the next. I must have called over 20 times and left a number of messages. I submitted an inquiry on their website. I left a message on their facebook page. I posted a comment on their facebook page. Nothing. I tried again this morning and actually spoke with a live person. She said she is not the one to check voice mails, so she had no idea what happened. She said, yes, the bus is available but she would confirm with the owner on cost and call me back. She did call back and told me that the owner said, NO, the bus is NOT available because another group booked it. And that the reason why he didn’t call me back is «because he completely forgot that he had any other referrals for that day.» We are now stuck with 40 junior high students that have no way to camp because it’s super bowl weekend and all the buses in Phoenix are booked. This is poor management and poor communication. I don’t care if you had another booking… at least provide some common courtesy and call back to let me know so I can stop thinking we have a bus and move on! I wasted 2 weeks on this company. They have lost our organization’s business. There is no good explanation for the lack of courtesy, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism.
