Kevin Ortale, DDS PLC – North Point Dentistry

Dr. Ortale DDS PLC is great! The office staff is so professional, always had the answers to all my questions. Always made sure I was comfortable and at ease! I will not hesitate next time, if any other procedures are needed!

Dr. Ortale and his staff have provided a great experience every time I or my wife have been in. They are super helpful over the phone and always give me reminders when an appointment is coming up.
I feel like Dr. Ortale genuinely cares about my health and is not just trying to make money. He is never been pushy or tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. He is happy when I have zero problems.
I can only hope to find as good of a dentist after our next move. I highly recommend this practice!

I have gone to Dr. Ortale for about three or four appointments for various procedures in the last few months. Dr. Ortale is very pushy with what he suggests you get done. I had an appointment to seal a crown and he tried to do four additional fillings in the same appointment that I had not approved. When I did return to get the four fillings competed, he proceeded to do an extra one without asking me or informing me of the addition charge. He has two, sometimes three, patients seated in his office at the same time. He has to bounce back and forth between patients while you are there and that often leads to long appointments with lots of waiting. I think his work seems to be of reasonable skill level. I have had a few problems with his work, but nothing that was too threatening. However, I do not appreciate his lack of empathy for his customers’ time and money.

Dr. Ortale’s office is well run with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that greets patients by name and with a smile as they walk through the door. Early appointment? Pour yourself a fresh cup of Joe upon entering the waiting area, but make it quick because this office is efficient and punctual! Dr. Ortale is a dentist who goes above and beyond to be sure his patients receive his focused care and attention to their needs. He is extremely thorough and is absolute about providing the best dental care possible. Whether he is treating me or my small children, he demonstrates regard for each person’s comfort and he has surrounded himself with hygienists that reflect the same level of care and professionalism. North Point Dentistry is dental care for the entire family.

It has taken me a while to find a good dentist in this city and now I must say I have found the best dental office in Phoenix (.) Dr. Ortale and his staff are very friendly and outgoing.
They are honest and straight forward, plus Dr. Ortale does wonderful work your smile will look better than ever, not to mention all the good music he plays in the clinic… not your boring elevator music that’s for sure. My wife and son also loves the office who just started up as new patients.

I love the dentist, yeah I know, but when you can take your wife here and she loves the dentist too… you know it is good.
