I started shopping here about 2 months ago — first time mom — I love, love, love this location! The prices are reasonable and the sales are fantastic! Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a few locations in the Phoenix area and this location is by far the best for price and selection!

Rating my buying experience, as I haven’t resold here. My advice: Wait for dollar days and stock up! Clothing on clearance is a buck apiece. Good selection and I thought the employees were friendly.

Kid to kid is a great place for a parent to get things their kids will outgrow at an affordable price. I go here every season and stock up on basics and then get the trendy items at the store. We have bought lots of bigger items, like; toddler bed, activity centers, rocking horse, bouncers here too. Quit paying high prices for things you won’t keep forever.

I wish there was a zero star option for this Kid 2 Kid. While you can find cheap baby and kids stuff here the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I have brought in items to sell the staff acts like I am bothering them. And don’t even think about asking any questions because everyone acts too busy to even make eye contact. Unfortunately, the overall bad attitude seems to start from the top. The times that I have seen the owner in the store she never smiles and looks to be perpetually in a foul mood. If you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience I would NOT recommend this particular location.

I’ve both bought and sold here. It’s a good place to find cheaper but still good quality items. Sometimes the tags are even still on. We’ve sold clothes and a toy so far, and bought clothes and toys as well. I usually opt for store credit when I sell since you get more $ that way. The people who work there have been friendly every time I’ve gone, which is a huge plus for me. There’s a little play area with a house and Legos for kids, which is great! I just wish I could find a stand-alone mobile without the rest of the set. Apparently they don’t sell them that way though.

Great place to get clothes and shoes for our little one. They have great regular prices, as well as great sales. If you are a parent look here first before buying new.

Friendly little thrift store, Specializing in none other than kids clothes. Very busy place on a Saturday morning, through most of the afternoon. New in packaging Melissa and Doug products. Bows bows and more bows! They have strollers, PNPs, potty chairs, boppys, bumbos, shoes, you name it, they have it. Come check it out– always good deals to be found!

Kid to Kid Phoenix treated me so poorly I cannot believe they are a business catered to children. The staff is unfriendly and they knowingly sell broken merchandise. I recently purchased a used«Maclaren» stroller for my special needs son to visit a hospital back east. When I arrived at the airport and opened the stroller, the brakes were broken, and the back tire was coming off, making it impossible to even use it! When I returned from our hospital trip I visited Kid to Kid Phoenix. They refused to do anything about the situation. It took the owner Chris 10 days to get back to me after I tried calling multiple times to get a resolution. If you want good customer service or to be treated nicely don’t shop at this store. If you are looking for baby items go elsewhere and save your time and money!

Terrible customer service. Rude. I have been there many times and purchased many items. One woman in particular is very rude. I took in a huge bag of brand name clothes… some of them never even worn one time. They have you sign a «contract» saying that you will take whatever they offer. I left the clothes there for 24 hours, came back and found that they had credited me 10.00 and had taken almost all of the clothes in the bag worth about 100.00. Complete rip off! I would have been better off just donating them to the homeless shelter instead of giving them to these greedy people. I will never shop there again.

Great resale store for kids clothing. They carry a great variety of clothing and toys and I never have trouble finding something to buy. They are very picky about what they buy from customers so most of what they sale is in great shape(although I admit I am sometime surprised of some items I see when I know they have turned down better items I have tried to sale them). I usually shop here first for my baby clothes before heading to a regular clothing store.

Here’s a secret no one will ever tell you when you become a first time mom. Buy EVERYTHING used for items your baby needs during his first to second year of life because that darn kid will grow out of his clothes so fast that your head will be spinning when the next day he is too big for that six pairs of pants you just bought him the day before. And he will be so unpredictable in what he likes in toys that $ 100 you just spent on toys you THOUGHT he would spend months playing, he doesn’t even acknowlege its existence after 15 minutes. Hence the smartness of shopping at a store like Kid to Kid– buy it, let your kid play with it– then bring it back for consignment. The store is really well organized and most of the items look new. The clothes if not bought on sale can be not so much a bargain because a lot of them are designer brands but if you get to the store on a sale day, then you are in luck!

I have to be honest, I wasn’t in there looking for clothes but on a sales call, but I really liked this store and promised them I would write about their little pink door. You have to go there to see it. Get your picture taken in front of it, like me! It makes you feel taller than you are! The staff was very upbeat and friendly and I think if I was in the market to buy used toddler clothes, this is where I would go. Also I want to stress that these shops need your business. They have a great selection to choose from, and it makes sense to help out the little guy. Just tell them The tall guy sent you!

this review was written on 04÷13÷08. i confused this location for the one on shea… so this review was suppose to be written for the greenway/tatum location. i went here yesterday for the first time and although most resale stores are hit or miss, I REALLY got lucky this time. they had just finished marking down clothing throughout the entire store to 99 cents and had them hanging together on the 99 cent rack. i didn’t think twice about it at first, but the friend i was with was rummaging through it and starting pulling out hanger after hanger of adorable onesies, pants, and shirts. usually baby boys’ clothing is hard enough to find in stores, but in resale stores the selection tends to really be slim. i ended up buying about 15 items that were all 99 cents and a few ‘designer’ resale items that included jack and janie and even diesel?! i didn’t even realize diesel made baby clothing! i got two pairs of 6mo diesel pants for 8 dollars each! JACKPOT! i spent quite a bit, but walked out with a huge bag of clothing. i won’t need clothes for quite a while! i also picked up an exersaucer that usually goes for $ 80 brand new. I paid $ 44 for it at this location. needless to say, i had a really good shopping trip. i think it helps that i was in paradise valley so there were better brands and much more quality items and toys. if it wasn’t so far i’d be frequenting this store a lot more often.
