This is the 27th ave lab corp Slowest ever only 2 people behind desk who also draw the blood. Discussing personal lives in front of pts. Still waiting 45 mins and have not been acknowleged yet.

I’ve never seen anything like this. The staff is openly arguing with each other and shouting at the people in the waiting room. The staff seem really unprofessional and incompetent. Kinda makes me nervous to get blood drawn from these wackos. Oh the joys if healthcare in this country!

I cant find the correct address on Unilocal but it was a Labcorp located at 19636 N. 27th Ave STE102 Phoenix, AZ85027. This place was dingy and had horrible service. I went there to take a urinalysis for a new job. I filled out a piece of paper with my personal information. I didn’t choose to sit down as the chairs are due for a cleaning. The phlebotomist walked out and was talking on a cordless phone about her personal business. I became worried that she was going to be too involved in her personal business to take care of mine in a professional manner. I walked over to the counter and asked that I be given my paperwork back so that I could go to another location. The phlebotomist told me sure and handed me back my ID but refused to give me my paper back. I asked why I could not have my paper back with my personal info. She told me that I was a refusal to test. I said I have not been given an opportunity to test and she said yes you did. I said well lets just get it over with then and she replied NO I’m not going to test you it is too late. I was really pissed at this point. I asked another girl sitting at the desk for a manager or supervisor. She gave me a phone number and never even looked at me. I called and was unable to reach anyone. Then the manager showed up and I we began to talk. I asked the guy for my paper back or shred the form so that I could go and test at a different facility. He said that It was against their policy to give me back my personal information. I said then let me talk to your boss in a respectful manner. He then decided to give me the paper so I could be on my way. I arrived at another Labcorp on West Thunder bird in Phoenix and they took care of me. I mentioned the incident and they told me they knew who I was talking about and insisted that I call the upper management. They stated that they have worked with that phlebotomist before and had made complaints about her with no results. I made the call and the company started an investigation. I cant believe how this person was able to treat people this way… Hope this don’t happen to you…
