They are the only dry cleaners in town that hasn’t lost, damaged, or stolen my clothing.
They have the highest quality of service and my clothes look new when they deliver them for free!
I highly recommend them at the Tatum location and the Hayden location.

Lapels is the best! Everyone is so friendly here. The clothes always come out perfect and they even remove stains and attach missing buttons! All my clothes look like new :)

To try it out, this was our first time. We received a flier in the mail. Took all of our dry cleaning (a months worth) to be cleaned before our trip, noticed while in NYC my last name was written on ALL of my bf’s dress shirts (90% of our stuff). Including the new ones used for our pictures (never washed & first time dry cleaned). I am directed to call the owner/​manager Shane, he proceeds to tell me it wasn’t them, refuses to try to make the situation any better, instead proceeds to tell me his two dry cleaners he’s known for years & that’s not their practice! I ask if he’s calling me a liar, he says no but it wasn’t us⁉⁉⁉ terrible customer service, no answers to what could possibly have happened, repeats himself claiming «it couldn’t have been us», in denial, nothing fixed, no responsibility taken, no money back, recleaning, NOTHING even offered! Steer clear! Please share & let everyone know before you make the same mistake I did!

I have been to countless dry cleaners and wasn’t happy with the quality. I have to say that I absolutely love Lapels! The staff is super friendly and my clothing always looks great! You have a customer for life!
