I came to the PHX az location for a consult, which was great the lady who helped me was nice an made me feel welcome an helped me build a package that would work best for me financially. She also scheduled me later then they even take clients because of my hours at work. Once I came in for my appointment, there was a different lady working the front desk, she was very pushy on sales an different services. Which was annoying. Especially when I said I’ve already financed a lot so far. Aka no not at this time. Mind you my appointment was for laser tattoo removal on a new large piece on my forearm. Anyways the RN was great she took her time with me if I needed a break etc. Once It was time to check out the lady at the front proceeded to hound me for more packages, when I just went through a traumatic experience, laser tattoo removal is no fun, an the pain comes shortly after your session. By this time my arm was on fire and she was just annoying me.

On the positive side, I think the managers are very skilled and do all they can to fit you in to scheduling and follow up if spaces open up. The fact that with most services you have a different technician every time means you don’t receive consistent service. Not all of them follow the same protocols nor do they give you the same info. The rooms themselves are not comfortable. They are kept at arctic temperatures regardless of time of year. I’ve often been freezing. They don’t have pillows or blankets and the chair has no back support. I haven’t felt that there is a consistent level of skill or professionalism amongst their employees. Once my paid services are finished I will go somewhere else.

I am an optimist by nature, so it’s not easy for me to give 3 stars to anyone but as of now it’s really the best I can honestly do. I originally found LaserAway to have some hair removal completed. After my consultation I opted to package that with the Clear and Brilliant treatment. I like the Clear and Brilliant treatment so far, but am only halfway through my sessions with it. My ratings come down more so to the staff than the treatments. This review would be a novel for me to type out each incident where the staff was either not hearing me or not communicating to each other appropriately, so I’ll save us all. I will say though, that I was once prepped (30 minutes of numbing) for a procedure they determined wouldn’t be a fit for me after reviewing my information that they’d had from the start and simply procrastinated and went out of order on reviewing. I was sent home after being there for almost an hour with a numb face and not one single thing accomplished with a simple «oops, our apologies». I also went in for a second treatment for Clear and Brilliant and discovered that they had used the wrong laser for the first one. Mind you, each treatment is $ 450 and that was also excused as an, «oops». Multiple times I’ve called for one item or another with a promise that someone would call me back and they never did. I went to my pharmacy to pick up a prescription that the nurse was suppose to call in and never did (it had been a fiasco even reaching her initially to offer my pharmacy information). I would end by saying, after meeting someone from the front desk for a consult ask if you may briefly speak with a technician. I’m not sure if they will allow it or not, but I found that they set much different expectations than the sales staff and I feel it’s only fair that you truly understand what you’ll receive for your investment and just how much more you may have to invest to reach your desired results. Great service and loved my results! I highly recommend for juviderm. My lips are much fuller and it was not very painful. They were swollen for a few days but other than that, they were perfect as soon as I left!

Love this place! Hayley is so helpful and friendly. She always assists in making sure my needs are met, and helps to explain each treatment option. I can’t wait to recommend Laser Away (especially this location!) to friends and family. I am so appreciative of their dedication to the clients!

Super expensive and EXTREMELY pushy and high-​sell! There are so many places that offer laser hair treatment, etc. and this new spot is so sneaky they won’t even give you their prices straightforward. They charge a price then «discount» it and try to force you to buy packages that may be unnecessary. Stay away from this hard sell franchise and go to a local medspa!

So far so good. I’ve had 1 full laser hair removal treatment in two sessions. Everyone has been so nice and so accommodating! Jordyn is a laser tech there and she is soooo amazing and has worked for Laser Away for over two years and she is so awesome. She made me feel comfortable right away and took her time being very thorough!
Hailey the Sales Director also was very accommodating and gave me a really good deal. She even through in some extras when I had sticker shock! Can’t wait to see the results after a year!

So far my experience has been great. I’ve just finished my 4^th treatment and am seeing minimal difference in hair growth and presence but I’m crossing my fingers that by #6 I’ll be hair free!
I have occasional issues to with appointments getting a little confusing and communication is so-​so but not enough for me to give any negative comments about

As this was my first time using this sort of service, I was extremely impressed with both the quality of service and the technology employed relative to others in the area.

the sessions itself has been really fast and painless
HOWEVER, i have been very disappointed with the scheduling. i have had 3 sessions and they have called to reschedule and/​or change my appointment all three times. also when i try to get a hold of someone there is no answer during their business hours and i have to keep calling until someone picks up. very unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly. Friendly however doesn’t get the job done. As a laser tech who frequents laser studios to check out who is offering great laser treatments around town, this laser did absolutely nothing. OR… The laser tech was doubting her skills with the laser as my Fitzpatrick scale of skin tone is darker. No hair was actually removed and no hair fell out. The point of laser hair removal is a temporary fix. Laser hair removal is not permanent. You should have 6 – 7 treatments with a great laser tech and a great laser machine to achieve the results you strongly desire. If a company is charging you for more than 7 – 8 sessions on an area and having you come back sooner than 8 – 10 weeks… You’re being scammed. The first 6 – 7 treatments will leave you hairless for at least a year a or two. However, maintain at least 1 – 2 sessions a year from there to prevent the hair from growing back. Hope this helps all who are unfamiliar with the process.

The best service for my tattoo removal and will recommend to everyone.

So far I have enjoyed my experience at LaserAway. I am getting a large portion of my tattoos removed and so far it’s been going very well. It is a painful process and they always do their best to make sure I’m comfortable.

I purchased eight sessions package for the bikini area. I like the place it’s very clean I don’t have to wait ever. First it was the manager working over there, her name is Maria. I really liked her. First four times it was the same technician Natalie, she was great. After that there were different technicians every time, and they were not so good, they did a sloppy job. Last technician, I think her name is Stephanie, was very good. I hope she will be working there for a while. they have a very good machine, it’s practically doesn’t hurt .
The procedure works great, I’m sorry I didn’t do it before.

The services that I have received at LaserAway is amazing! Lauren, from the Costa Mesa office in Orange County, has been extremely friendly.
The Laser service is also the best I’ve ever received, with amazing results after just one session! Can’t wait to see what the results will be like after 5 more sessions. Highly recommended!

LaserAway provides a pretty good service to remove hair permanently, in my case — from for the facial area. It works.
Before, I tried the service of another organization to achieve the same purpose, the girl applied a small metal plate to my skin there, I wasted time & money for about 20 appointments there without any result.
LaserAway uses different technology: a kind of pencil with electrical current with stream of air. Fortunately, 90% of the hair (beard & mustache areas) does not grow anymore. 10% of the most stubborn hair are still there, but become thin. Hope, the last 3 procedures will have removed them forever also.
