Lasting Control Weight Loss

I bought the 6 lipotropic injections/​1 month diet plan off of living social. I just went to my first appointment today at the 51^st ave location. I have seen success with family on the HCG diet. so I decided to give this one a whirl. When I got to the office, I was greeted and everybody seemed friendly. I was told that I will actually get 12 injections instead! I thought that was a nice surprise.
My consultation was thorough, they don’t weigh you or check your inches, but they do spend their time going over the diet plan which is a VERY reasonable 1200 – 1300 cals. My in-​law who did the HCG diet was allotted a measly 500 calories, which in my opinion would shed massive pounds with any injection or not. So, when I learned that we can actually eat with the injections I figured I was on the right track. They are also very realistic. I was told I will see inches lost before I see pounds which I have heard from reviews about this injection before.
Now, I am not a heavy girl but I have extra love. I am 5’8 and about 175 lbs. I have had two kids within 3 years so i got the extra love from them. I run twice a week and eat reasonably well but I just could never shake the extra weight without it returning with a vengeance. I am aiming to lose about 25 pounds.
My only problem was that they didn’t wipe the injection area with alcohol before they stuck me. Not a huge deal, but I am in the medical field and prefer people to be careful when mixing fresh wounds and germs together.
Anyways, I will give this a full rating once my injections are up and I see the results. I will be doing the diet and still running but will start doing it 4x a week. But, overall I had a good experience and appreciate the staff. Especially the nurse (Angela?) who took her time with me and gave me a great start.

So, UPDATE. Completed all the injections and stuck to the diet + exercise. I didn’t lose any weight that didn’t come off with all the running and exercise I was doing. However, they give you SO MUCH energy. I truly just wanted to exercise all day.
Nothing that this company did wrong though. I am assuming results truly do vary. For me, they didn’t melt the pounds.
