Seems Unilocal will not print unfavorable reviews as I do not see my previous one star review on this establishment. I will repeat it here and see if Unilocal does again censor the entire comment. I again(as in the second time) dragged 30 pounds of laundry and 6 comforters here to be dropped off, washed, dried and folded. I was there at 3PM as per the sign stating an attendant would be available. NOT. Another clock sign was set to «Will return at 4:30PM». What an inconvenience, again. I left, never to return. She has no idea of how to run a business. When I was there, there was NOONE using the machines. I can understand why. I will look forward to a large«UNDERNEWOWNERSHIP» sign to bring me back.

Went here a couple times, first thing I noticed is they don’t accept coins, you have to purchase a laundry card which costs 1 $ by itself and then you have to put cash on it. I put $ 20 on my card and I used it that first time I went there. The following week I went back and still had $ 16 left in my card. When I put it in the driver, my card went way too far in and I couldn’t get it out. The person working there couldn’t help me and she didn’t reimburse me. I was very disappointed. On top of all this, the AC doesn’t work In the place so you are sweating the whole time, it was very uncomfortable.

Used drop off laundry service today for the first time. It was cheap at $ 1 per lb, and the attendant was pleasant. The place was clean.

Clean(2 stars) in an area of town where that’s tough to find, but they use a card system. The card costs $ 3(!!) and the machine for cards doesn’t accept quarters. The customer service was good, until I asked if the machine takes quarters and the lady responded, you don’t have cash? No, I have quarters. Geez. Last straw? 1⁄3 of the machines were out if order. A sign nearby said, apologetically, «New machines coming in November.» I won’t come back to find out.

Haven’t had to go to a laundromat in years. Found this one via Unilocal today. They use a prepaid card instead of coins. Nice attendant to help with questions and keep everything clean. Glad to have found it.

This is a sub-par laundry that doesn’t live up to its limited promises. I’ve been there about a half-dozen times now. Yesterday was my last visit. There is laundry drop-off service, $ 1/lb, $ 10 minimum. The laundry I gave them came back to me wrapped in plastic bags, folded, and damp. Their dry cleaning service is a drop off service and will take you 2 to 4 days to get your stuff back, with prices double other places in the area, or about $ 3 for a laundered shirt and $ 6 for slacks. This is one of those places that uses cards instead of change. You have to pay for the card, then put money(bills only) on it. The amounts the machines use are odd, such as 49 cents to dry and $ 1.59 for a small washer and $ 3.59 for the larger ones. You will never be able to spend all your money, and they don’t issue refunds for unused balances. The machines are mostly front loaders of 2 or 3 different sizes. About 1⁄3 of the machines are out of service, including all types of washers and dryers. Also, the vending machine for soap was out of stock of fabric softener. Regarding the larger machines, 2 times I’ve used them my laundry when washed is too damp — my towels were wringing wet — meaning it takes too long and too much money to dry. This last visit, all the large machines that were working were occupied. Except, half of those had clean laundry that its owners hadn’t removed from the machines yet, meaning many machines were tied up for no good reason. I suspect some of these machines had laundry that had been done by the attendant for the drop off service. I asked the attendant if she could please empty one of the machines so I could use it, and her answer was«no.» I explained that I was unable to spend my money in the facility unless she freed up a machine, and that they really should discourage customers from parking their laundry in the machines while they go elsewhere. She still didn’t like my suggestion that she remove something. I was about to leave, when somebody began emptying 2 machines, so I was able to wash after all. Since about 1⁄3 of the dryers were out of service and they are so slow because your laundry is so wet when you put it in, they dryers were very backed up when my clothes were washed. Therefore I cut my losses and took them to another nearby laundry to dry. Positives? It’s pretty clean. In the summer, the temp inside was bearable. It has a bathroom(lights didn’t work last time I was there), and it has an attendant.
