— if you want factory seconds furniture, I have bought multiple furniture and all of them had issues.
— if you have money and can wait for months to get a wrong one and wait months to get a replacement
— if there is a manufacturing defect on the furniture you are buying and you don’t feel like using the 1 year warranty which they claims to have with it
— if you wanted to experience a horrible customer service.
— if you want to deal with a fake person having more than 10 names. Here are few names — Jason, Amil, Aneet, Mike …

We were greeted by Windy when we entered! We went to get a new king size bed as a result of a mailer we received. She was friendly and nice and showed us exactly where the product was we had seen in the ad. Within 20 minutes we were purchasing with NO pushy upsell, no attempting to sway us to something else… very accommodating and she arranged delivery. I had mentioned the poor reviews I read here and how I ALMOST did not buy as a result… and she did NOT get defensive but merely offered. they had been in business for over 12 years and so this was merely a snapshot of all the business they had done! Great explanation. I WOULD GO back!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE, WHATEVER YOU DO. This company forged my mothers signature on a financing contract! THAT’S FRAUD! Wendy, the sales woman is the pushiest salesman I have ever met and she has HORRIBLE customer service. We called to cancel the order right after we left because it seemed shady and this woman screamed at her over the phone and proceeded to insult her repeatedly. DO NOT BUY HERE. we will be filing a BBB complaint as well as pursuing legal action for the fraud.

I was very skeptical about this store and the quality of their furniture. Needless to say, my fears were calmed when I entered the store. I found the quality to be great for the price, and I was pleasantly surprised at the store itself and the personnel. Wendy, our sales person, was great — no pressure, and led us to exactly the product we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this furniture store!
