I have gone to this Lowe’s location about 6 separate times and each time it has been an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone here has smiles on their faces and is eager to say hello and help. I have been here at 8 in the morning and also in the late afternoon on my way home from work; no matter the time the people who work here are always so nice and helpful. The people I have encountered have been knowledgeable and even when someone didn’t know the answer or what I was exactly asking for they would either try to figure it out or would know just the person who was currently working who could help me. Today I brought an item back that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for and even though I didn’t have my receipt, the lady was very pleasant with me and helped me with my return. I had questions about specific products to use for a project that I have and I spoke with 2 people about it. Both people were very nice and patient with me while I expressed concerns about their recommendations and they walked me down the aisles explaining each thing they recommend using and the prices. That was super helpful! The people here take the time to help. I will definitely continue to shop at this Lowe’s and bring all of my projects here.

I finally decided to go with the plantation shutters. I first went to Home Depot on the corner of 75th Avenue and McDowell. The lady that was there was the flooring lady but she was very helpful pointed me in the right direction gave me her card and made sure that I was well taken care of. I then decided to go across the street to Lowes Home Improvement, to possibly get a second quote. While walking down the aisle, I saw a young lady near the window coverings and ask her do you work in window coverings? She abruptly told me No and walked away. She never attempted to call somebody in window covering or asked me if she could help me she was totally rude. So I stood around the window coverings section for 10 – 15 minutes she never called anybody she never came up to try to help me so guess what? Home Depots getting my $ 5,000 worth of plantation shutters… yay! As I walked out I saw her in the paint the department and sarcastically thanked her for her help. 8÷31÷15. 1:15pm

We have three levels of home improvement shopping. Neighborhood hardware stores, preferably independent, big box general hardware needs unavailable elsewhere, and specialty needs. We needed a replacement bathroom vanity. We found the best fit for style, selection and price at Lowe’s. This has been our choice for, as Lowe’s calls it, Fashion Plumbing, for more than a decade. Since most of the high volume, low margin businesses have vacated Central PHX for locations nexr Interstate Highway offramps and newer development, Lowe’s on 75th Ave. is where we shop. Selection and service can begin online, then move to store pickup, or start in the store and be completed online. We’ve always had helpful assistance.

Bought a kitchen 5 days ago and now I’m back at the store returning it. The person at plumbing said I was the first to return it, but after explaining everything and what I did and didn’t do, he stated it probably was just a defect. It still is a pain in the butt. Since I installed and then worse had an issue uninstalling it. I picked out another brand since I didn’t want the same hassle I had when I purchased the giagni and picked up an American standard instead. On top of it all, the standard is more expensive then the Giagni, so the plumbing guy said when I get back to customer return just tell them if u can swap it out for the same price. This is where Asst Mgr John came into play. He said«of course». And this is what put the cherry on top. No arguing with anyone, just come in pick up and go. And without any hassles or headaches.
