The store owner is difficult to deal with. I drop packages with pre-paid labels about once per month and the owner is consistently resistant to providing a simple printout that provides proof that the package has been given to the mail service. «You don’t need it,» he tells me. That is categorically incorrect. I finally stopped asking for one because I didn’t want to deal with his poor attitude. I knew the day would come when I would regret insisting on a printed receipt: I now face hundreds of dollars in items lost in the mail with no proof that I dropped them off. I send packages about once every other month and those transactions have gone smoothly. Not surprising as he is making a bigger profit. I been using this store for over a year now and the only reason I continue to go back it the convenience of location. I strive to support small businesses, especially those in my own neighborhood. But this one has much needed room for improvement. Given that the owner’s poor attitude towards his customers has cost me so much money, I will no longer recommend this store, and I will be using another store in the future.
