This little Mexican establishment found off the beaten path off Buckeye Road is a little gem that needs to step into the spotlight and receive more recognition. My first visit was on a Friday during lent and I had no choice but to skip their meat offerings but was in for a surprise with their«tortas de camaron» which are shrimp patties. The tortas were served drenched in a red spicy sauce along with«nopalitos» and with rice and beans, homemade I might add, not your usual rice and beans out of a can or pre-made mix. When desert time rolled around, we decided to embrace their«capirotada» which is bread pudding and wow! DELISH! A must try, and much deserving of repeat business. Once I left the place, I felt as if though I had been in Mexico for an hour, and thats a wonderful feeling.
