MasterTech Pest Solutions

Brent runs a great operation at Mastertech Pest Solutions. They are very responsive to any requests & are always willing to fit you in for an extra treatment if you see a bug! Being on the monthly service works perfectly– they come the same day every month and they are professional and courteous. They even email you a pdf report after they’ve been to your property to spray. I used a big name company (think yellow cars) and I would never think of going back after using Mastertech Pest Solutions. Highly recommended.

I moved back into my condo about 2 ½ weeks after my renter moved out & there were roaches, which was horrifying. I immediately started calling around to exterminators to deal with the problem. Most of them started trying to sell me a monthly service, & scare me into thinking this was the only way to get rid of them. I definitely don’t want insect spray in my home monthly.
I called MasterTech, & no one was trying to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I did not need. They set me up for service the next day, & said they come back after 2 weeks to do a follow up for no extra charge. The guy came out & sprayed. After he left, there were definitely some dead roaches around my place for the next week. Granted it was maybe 10, but that was 10 more than I wanted to see.
Before the follow-​up appointment, I automatically got a call from them one day prior. When they came, it was the original guy, plus one more guy who inspected everything. I had gotten another big sewer roach inside the day before, so they did a thorough check for any entry points & pointed them out to me. I am having some work done, so my contractor filled up the holes they pointed out where the critters could come in.
I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. It was completely professional, & my home is bug free.

Very satisfied. Brent came out quickly and on time, went up in our attic at 5:30 on a very hot day, discovered the raccoon up there, figured out the best and cheapest approach and came back the next day to make sure it was gone. Can’t say enough nice things.
