5÷12÷16− We received the refund. It was less than what we paid because of a restocking fee, but it was better than nothing. I am happy that Mattress Firm reached out with this resolution. We lost a few bucks on this, so all I can say do not hesitate to use their return policy immediately if you do not like the product. Be firm on your decision from the start.

4÷27÷16− They showed up promptly this morning and took away the mattress. I will edit the rating again once the entire return agreement is complete. So far I am pretty impressed with Ashley at their customer service center.
4÷26÷16 — Got another call from Ashly. They have made an offer to return the mattress and we have accepted. editing rating
4÷25÷16− Heard from Ashley with their customer service group.
She asked about what happened and said I would get a call back tomorrow.
Their return policy is a bait and switch. We called within 1 month of buying a $ 3k mattress saying it was not comfortable like the floor model we tried.
They stalled for weeks and months telling us about a «break in period». It never got better then they said too bad the return policy has expired.
Now we have to throw away a $ 3k mattress. Very very upset customers.

These guys were a True five star experience. Gene was our salesperson and he listened to what we wanted and quickly and painlessly accommodated, didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. His partner was great too. Answered questions honestly, were knowledge about their products.

I had planned to just go in and look, but I started chatting with the sales rep, Cara, and she was very warm and not pushy, thank God.
I walked out having bought a Tempur-​Pedic Cloud Luxe. So needless to say she and Mattress Firm did a great job.

I was able to purchase a new mattress and have it delivered that night. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was as promised. The delivery staff were fast and professional. Store staff was well informed about the items they sold. My new mattress was delivered right into my bedroom, delivery staff were in my home for maybe 55 seconds and left a thank you card on the way out.
