Maxcare Professional Cleaning Systems

Wow!!! After having Maxcare clean our carpets at home, in addition to some rental units, I was extremely disappointed today with the service and attitude I received on the phone. I have use Maxcare since 1994 when we moved to Arizona. Jean has always been very nice on the phone and the people who clean the units have always been extremely trustworthy, on time and do an excellent job.
Today, I feel like I got an entirely different person on the phone. She did everything to talk me into calling another cleaner. I simply asked if they still have the room specials. She then went into a whole tirade about the economy, not doing room specials anymore, how far away the rental unit I wanted to have cleaned was from their office, etc. Then she made sure she told me what their minimum was to come ALL the way to Chandler. I never asked her for a discount or anything! If this was my first experience, I would never have called them again or ever used them.
Beware, as loyalty is not important to them.

I can’t express what a first class organization this is, Jean Dew the office manager is the nicest and most understanding person always attentive and willing to try and accommodate. Keith is a miracle worker, my carpets are 15 years old but you would never know it after a MaxCare clean! Keith is always willing to take extra time and care to make sure your needs are met doing little extras like cleaning baseboards. This company has my permanent business!

Maxcare does a WONDERFUL job. I always use them for carpet cleaning at the end of a lease. Most recently I lived with two people who each had a cat. They were able to get all of the wine stains and animal stains out of the carpet. It looked brand new. Keith and Jean are wonderful to work with.

Keith and his son did a great job cleaning the carpet in our rental home. He was referred to me by a friend and I was very happy with the job they did. Too bad I moved out of state because Maxcare would be my «go to» carpet cleaners if not.
