Yea, this place is as bad as everyone says– the worst sort of purgatory. Many of the staff actually seem nice. The place is cramped and pretty nasty and the management obviously doesn’t care about service– understaffed and pathetic performance. Called again this year to find out if there is anyway I can improve on my 3 hr wait– T.S. unless you get there before they open and wait in line to get in the door. It’s a lowbrow place for lower end or very cost conscious companies to get cheap testing for pre-​service employment and when someone gets injured. It’s just like the crowded plasma donation centers but slower. Ugh.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. If it wasn’t for a new job hire I would of walked out. I signed in at 10:45 for an 11am.apt. I took a seat and waited, and waited. I watched employees leave for thier lunch while the waiting room was packed. They occasionally called out names and more than likely the person was outside smoking and so instead of moving on to the next Person waiting they would wait for them too come back in. After 45 minutes I finally got called up just to do my paperwork. After I turned my paperwork in, I would watch as people just showing up would get called in, while the bulk of us sat and watched. People would just get up and walk into the back, no idea what they were doing. Even watched as a person came from the back complaining about one of the drs. She got on her phone and started walking around, from the front and the back of the building, right past the check in station, no one said anything to her as she went from the back, to the front to outside to the back. If I were an employer and would definitely look into what their standards are and go else where.
