Fantastic training! If you live in the Phoenix area and want to learn BJJ (or just improve your game), or if you just want to get in shape, learn self-​defense, and have fun doing it, check out Megaton. You won’t find a better team or a more knowledgeable instructor.

Megaton is one of the last Samurai. He is laid back, understanding and a caring individual. The facility is simple, clean and lots of space to roll. The guys and girls at this school are super friendly and eager to help you learn. At any time there can be up to three or more World Champion black belts training there. Prepare to train hard if you decide to give it a try. Money and family put a hold on my training for now. Someday I hope to return to the mats.

I only had a chance to train at the Megaton BJJ school for two months before life made me move again, far away, but I will never forget it because it was my introduction to Brazilian jiu-​jitsu. There were a LOT of people to train with, and you will learn judo along with BJJ, something not all BJJ schools teach. I remember Wellington «Megaton» Diaz to be a rough, tough, very knowledgeable instructor.
