You cannot beat their customer service! On Saturday, our pool was a mess, and our skimmer wasn’t working. Hosting a party that night, with our pool looking terrible was upsetting. I called Poolwerx (MEH) and got the answering service, but within 30 seconds my phone rang. It was Mark, the owner of the company, who said he’d come right over! We felt lucky to have a pool company who takes that much pride in their relationship with their customers! Thank you!

My wife and I are very happy with the service from MEH. They are always prompt to notify us about about issues and are consistent with schedule. Our pool is sparkling every day and has never been green since MEH took over. Great service!

I hired them to install a new Pool Heater. They did a great job and let me pay over time.
It was very convenient for me. So my experience was good. Heater is still working perfectly.

This is the only place that if zero stars were available, they would get it. AFTER moving out of the house he put this service in my name. We weren’t even married at the time! I came home one day to see two men just wondering my backyard. Nothing was done! I called to complain and inquire to what was going on. I then received an invoice in the mail with my name on it, again, on a service I never asked for. After repeated messages, changing the locks to my backyard and demanding service be cancelled they threatened to send me to collections for the $ 100ish charge. Long story short, if you’re looking to do business with a corrupt, incompetent business then this place is for you! They are a joke.

Hired these folks to maintain a pool for me. After they maintained it for a month and charged me more than $ 200, the pool was green. They said it was because there was grass growing around the motor. Really? Now, 3 months later, I get another bill from them. I had thought we were done, after all, they have not maintained my pool since September. They send me a bill in January? They seem to not be able to maintain their pools nor their accounting system. Not recommended.
