On time and did a good job

Were quick to come change my locks, very professional inside my home. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

They are not very good at their «Art». They only cut three out of four keys correctly. The person who helped me was smug and curt and never apologized for ruining an expensive blank.

Spoke to Mike and he quoted me $ 150 to fix the ignition in my car. I know this is the price he quoted me because I called two other places and they each told me $ 150 so I figured this was the norm. Guy came out and did the job fine. When I went to pay, he told me a different price of $ 165. I called Mike and he told me that’s what he quoted me.
Now I know it’s not a lot more, but it’s the principal. He wasn’t willing to work with me, basically I pay that and that’s it. Now the work had been already done, so I didn’t have too many options at this point. Guess I could have gone to court, but why? It’s my word against his. Figured I’d write this up so that someone else wont get stuck with what happened to me.
Please, if you decide to use this company, GET IT IN WRITING. If you don’t you may be sorry.
