I have been a member of this gym since 2012 when it was at the old location. The owner Josh takes pride in all his members and everyone at this gym is willing to help anyone that is trying to reach goals. This gym is not like anything else in the Valley. This gym has people from all walks of life and everyone is made to feel welcome. The equipment is always available and they even bring in specialized equipment for Olympic lifters, power lifters, and strongman. Plenty of cardio equipment and tons of weights. Best gym in Phoenix in my opinion.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. My contract has been well up for 8 months and come to find out they have switched me to month to month to continue charging me. Even tho they closed the gym I signed up for 2 months before my contract was up. I called billing company to try and cancel this membership and get copy of contract they say they can do neither and have to contact gym. Have called multiple days every time going to voicemail and they do not return phone calls even when there billing company tried calling they said they got no response forcing me to cancel my credit car. When a management does not care about customers it shows in all aspects including facility’s. Stay away

Canceling with this gym was the hardest part! We tried to cancel for about three weeks. No one answers the phone and when we come in no one is there to assist us. Finally we came in today and was told by an employee to come back because he couldn’t cancel out membership. When we came back he was the one who ended up canceling it for us! Wtf! Had out membership for about two years and they just lost two customers. Never returning and not recommending! BS service!
