I ended my long, unhappy relationship with my former «service» provider for all the usual reasons: inattentive to my needs, poor communication, and not making any attempt to work on our differences.
I stopped into MetroPCS one lovely Saturday and decided to take a chance on them, based on their network, coverage, and pricing. The free phone was icing on the cake and a pleasant surprise as well.
Three months later I am in a committed relationship, happy to be with a company that listens when I share my needs, quickly responds when I ask for information, and lets me communicate clearly.
In return, I will be intensely loyal to MetroPCS and highly recommend them here and in person. The free phone, an LG, is actually really nice.
