Mobility Center

Rented a scooter (for a person having difficulty walking) to use during a visit for Dodger Spring Training. The price was very reasonable ($ 75/​wk), and their delivery & pickup to/​from hotel was prompt. Problem was scooter was old and had no power. When pressing on lever the battery indicator would indicate half the available power was used, so little power I couldn’t keep up with others in my party, and it could barely make it up small incline to sidewalk. Also, so little power horn wouldn’t work unless scooter was not moving. it was so bad I only used it once as I was fearful battery would die when I was far from hotel & would have no way to get it back. I advised Wasim @ company of problem, who said perhaps defective battery, he would check out scooter & call me back in response to my request for a price adjustment due to problems. Never heard from him again!
