My PC Techs

Andre is my HERO. I got a new pc (Sony Vaio) and inserted an adapter which I thought would fit okay (like my previous HP) but turned out it didn’t. Went to Data Doctors to get help to remove it and the rep there was not helpful at all — he wouldn’t even touch it — said I would need to leave it there for a $ 100 minimum fee and said they would try not to damage my pc. I was quite disgusted and I left.
I just happened to do a Google maps search and found my PC Techs and thought I might as well stop in — WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! I lucked out and met Andre and within 15 minutes he had removed the adapter from my pc with little effort and — NO CHARGE.
I will never go to Data Doctors again, and have to agree with the other reviews stating pride of workmanship. Andre gave me his best effort and set me on the road again, and I very much appreciated his time and his appreciation of my time in stopping by. I highly recommend my PC Techs due to the caring and expert service I received, and I will be posting this review on Google as well.

I was very impressed and comfortable with My PC Techs when came to my home to help me with my computers. I always have alot of questions and they answered them all. They set up a security system and a backup systems for me, plus some other maintence. They were very easy to work with.

I am a computer Nit wit. The machine I was using was so slow and I knew the security on it was a mess. I saw the movie «Untraceable», about home computers and lack of security. It scared me to death. I knew I had to get a new computer but was clueless. Marlies at Leo Polus was wonderful. She asked me a lot of questions regarding how I use my home computer and what I needed it to do. Then Andre actually helped me order it from HP. Once again, I would have had no idea what to get! Once it came he then came over to my house and set it all up. It was a terrific experience.
