I found this company online and wanted to get a proposal for them to maintain our trees as well as do an annual tree trimming project for one of the many properties that I manage. The lady on the phone asked me how many trees I have on site and I told her I wasn’t sure, I asked her if they can count the trees and give me a proposal. She very rudely told me that I need to do it myself and its not their job. If someone calls you for a proposal and are looking to give you business, maybe you should not be so rude and attempt to figure out why they can’t do it. By the way my company is in LA an you just missed out on new business.

I wanted an insured arborist this time for two huge pine trees, one near a pool (terrible planning) Keith came out & gave a bid which was very fair. It was the lowest of the 4 bids I received. I decide to move forward & Keith came with the crew & left about ½ way thru which was fine. They did a good job & we are happy with the outcome. I would definitely use My Tree guy again.

As mentioned in other reviews, I am left with an incomplete job. I was not present during the actual work as no specific time was scheduled and I provided them access to the yard. I communicated w/​Katherine (who seems to run the show) and Keith directly over the course of 4 weeks, all to no avail! Kept being promised that they would show up to complete the work but a full month later and there is no resolution. Hoping my credit card dispute will resolve the issue. Keith is very nice but the follow-​through is nonexistent and unacceptable. Bummer…

Keith showed up, but did not complete the job. I have emailed and called a half a dozen times. Unfortunately, I took the man at hs word that he would return to complete the job and paid him in full for the work. Now I am out $ 50. He talks a good game in your presence and seems completely trustworthy, however do not take him at his word. I would recommend never to use him. If you do, ensure you check everything, leave no work incomplete and if you do, deduct the appropriate amount. It’s likely the last time you will see him or talk with his office. I gotta say he really did a great job, but is not trustworthy.

Have not used their service, but called the office, and the gentleman who answered was professional and courteous. The were able to get an aborist out to estimate the job same day! Thanks…

Have used them twice and am very pleased with their work and service. Most recently, we had an issue with a mesquite tree that had overtaken the street/​sidewalk and needed to be reined in immediately, per the city. They came out the day after I called, gave me a reasonable estimate to do the work, as well as shaping two ficus and an elm that needed some shaping. Came out and got the work done (well) the next day. I like their approach — I called a couple years ago to have a tree removed, and for the price of removal and stump grinding, they treated the tree and we gave it 90 days to see if it worked. It turned out that the tree didn’t improve, so they pulled it for free. Good stuff.

Great overall service and the end result is nice. I had them trim down a gigantic willow tree out front. The tree guys had to come back out to do what I originally asked for, which is why the rating isn’t 5 stars, but no huge complaints here. Great business.

Guys did great job trimming my trees. 2 paloverdes and an acacia. 2 guys triming trees. 2 cleaning up. Finishd in 1 hour. Showed up on time. Gave four stars because they misplaced my scheduling paperwork. Fellow, that came out gave the estimate and made recommendations. Very happy with results.

Keith the arborist was wonderful. He was very knowledgeale and very easy to talk to. However, when the crew came to trim my tree they broke my neighbors fountain. Katherine in the office was very rude to me when I inquired about a replacement fountain for them. And after a month of phone calls no resolution has materialized. My neighbors and I are extremely frustrated by the whole experience.
