Today I went to do my nails here with one of the ladies. She always does my nails, do I asked for the same nails as always gel «coffin nails». Her work today was not as fantastic as before! I had so many bumps and my nails looked crooked and I had to tell her many times to fix certain nails. So as I’m paying They say $ 35 they always charge me $ 30 ALWAYS. But today they decided to charge me $ 35 I told them they always charge me $ 30 why was it that they day was different. They kept telling me it was $ 35 telling me no no no and I reminded them I always go there with them how do they not remember how much they always charge me. I will never go there again! Even after i always go to the same lady!

I came here a couple times before & they did a GREAT job on my nails. I just came back today to have them fix someone elses mistakes & they may not be «perfect» but they’re way better than they were when I came in. Most def Will come back to get my nails done again.

The nail shop is nice but the customer service isn’t great. Utensils aren’t sanitized, files are old and used. This is a place to go if you’re in s pinch. Prices here are not that great for the area. Employees are rude (most likely the women) and it’s hard to communicate with them on what the desired result is
