What amazing customer service and GREAT job cleaning my carpets. They email confirmation and what to expect which I really like. My technician was Abraham and he took his time and was careful, professional and friendly. Best carpet cleaning service I have ever received and I am pretty picky when it comes to carpet cleaning. My house smells fresh and clean and they got all the stains and pet odors out. Thank you Next Level!

What a fantastic gift idea for a hard working mama! Next level took great care of my carpet and got stains out that we have tried to tackle ourselves using a home carpet cleaner and haven’t been able to remove. The technician called me before he arrived and gave me plenty of advance notice which was great because my boys were still running around half dressed and hadn’t picked up all of their toys off the floor yet. I appreciated having the extra notice so I could wrap up getting the house in gear and I’m so happy to have great smelling, clean carpet again!
By the way, their rates are fantastic!
