Nicks Meat Company

Purchased some meat and chicken. The meat was okay, not the best but not the worst.
The chicken on the other hand was some of the worst i have ever had — i tried cooking it in various ways — fried, butterflied on grill and pan/​oven. Needless to say, it always turned out rubbery and very «synthetic» tasting.
I called the owner after various non-​working numbers and he agreed to exchange it and requested that I text him my address and he would be there the next day. Then NOTHING!

Well I bought some bulk beef. I knew it was not gonna be the best and I was ok with that because of the price I paid. The sales team included some salmon and I was like thanks. We made some of the salmon and it was unfortunately the worst fish I’ve had. The flesh was grainy and very fishy. Fresh frozen fish is not fishy and the flesh is tender and delicious. Well this tipped me over my breaking point. I was told there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products I was sold and I confirmed it on their website. They have a guarantee statement. I call and was told no problem we will call you before we come out Tuesday to pick up the items. That was the last heard from them. I called two more times and was sent to voice mail no return calls. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. They get one star for extremely poor customer service. The beef is not the best but it’s better than the worst. Salmon is the worst. Ever.
