Excellent customer service and great product!!! I manage an apartment community and had to order new cushions for our pool and patio furniture. I walked into this store after a horrible experience few month earlier with IRON CREATIONS down the street from NU look and told them once what I want, I picked the colors and placed my order and had to leave out of town due to a family emergency. I had made an agreement that my company will make the first half the payment to start the order, unfortunately while I was away the check wasn’t send out on time, However NU LOOK staff kept the order going, followed up with me and stayed on top of it even though they haven’t gotten their payment. They had gone above and beyond, made sure order was still completed, on time with no issues. Even though there price is bit higher than their comps but I guess it’s worth it. As they say, you get for what you pay!!!
