Bad service, as we were walking in 15 minutes before they closed, they closed the door and locked it and said, «we’re closed» then proceeded to ignore me and my friends as they continued serving the people inside.

Everything I’ve tried here is delicious but the customer service is the worst. The older lady with curly hair is the worst. She’s been there the most time and she just seems like she hates everyone and her job. Poor customer service is the main reason I don’t buy from Oasis Raspados as often.

Great Raspados the flavors are great all made with fresh fruit and best of all the ice is shaved just right fluffy not chunky. Lines get long and the place is really small service is friendly but a little slow they don’t have the best ordering system so it takes a little long.

Ice cream is good but the customer service is poor. Stood in line and as I waited other customers walked in and got served before me and my family. My daughter had the saddest look on her face. Didn’t even get an apology when we finally got service. Hope our next visit is better.

Their raspados are sooo good. I love that they mix it with ice cream, crema, fruit and some of the fruit juice. Yummy!

I am not in this area often, but when I am I always make it a point to stop here no matter how busy the lines are. Fresh fruit with shaved Ice, I add Ice Cream with Lechera. I often try different combinations so I can’t give an option to try out but it is great and worth the wait in line. The only thing I did not like was the lack of seats on the inside, they should always have tables outside.

If you’re craving fresh fruit on an ice cream slushie, this is the place! My favorite is strawberry, mango, coconut w/leches. Plan to be patient because there’s often a line, but the service is quick and very friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. Not to many tables, so you might want to ask for a top & get it to go. Owners run a tight ship and do a great job!

They have some good raspados with ice cream. They also make some different treats that are normal. It does get busy and long lines can happen especially if people order a lot. I recommend a raspado with ice cream and fruit a good treat for a hot summer.

This place is meh. I have no idea why its always full. As a previous reviewer mentioned, they did not carry a specific item I was wanting, in my instance however it was a diablito I was looking for.

Took my nieces here recently for some treats… I was secretly banking on being able to order an «obispo» like I had at that place I reviewed in Tucson … sadly, they didn’t know what I meant, but after explaining to them what I wanted, they made it and it came out semi-close to the Tucson«obispo» I had. The girls got their raspados and ice cream and seemed to be very pleased with the flavor. also, the ingredients(for most Americans) might seem weird, but believe me, they’re not weird for the local latino population… yes, I’m talking about mexican-style candies and sour-things mixed with icees and ice cream… You should give them a shot. they’re not cheap by South Phoenix standards and they get hella busy on the weekend afternoons, but it’s something new for your to try and I“m pretty sure you’ll enjoy what you eat… unless you don’t get intimidated :)
