Don’t ever go to this Old Navy.
Wow, the so called manager Zach wins for the worst customer service ever. I brought in an item I bought at this location and the clerk had missed taking off a security tag on a big purchase I had made. It had been months ago and I didn’t have the receipt. I asked for the security tag to be removed but they wouldn’t do it without a receipt.
What an inconvenience to even have to bring it back and then the clerk said sorry can’t help you. When I asked for further assistance from the manager, instead I just got attitude and «policy» statement. It was a little $ 8 item. I offered to give them my license number etc to show that I that I was an honest customer. Instead I was told to leave or they would call security and only come back with the receipt. Nice! So apparently I am dumbest shoplifter as well to actually come back in the store with a «loss prevention» item.
I asked to talk to corporate and was shown the door. Nice service Zach. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this store this year alone, but never again.

Prices of some clothes is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star. Rude employees. 7 registers and I counted at least 10 employees. Only 2 on register. And they looked like they wanted to end their lives they looked so miserable. Manager just stood there bossing people around. Don’t go here expecting to be treated nicely

Standing in a line 6 people deep and it never occurs to them to open another register. Went next door and bought my kids shoes there.

Rude staff with horrible management! Not returning for a loooooooong time! The cashier had no manners, continually messing up. Then she had to have a sweet manager come to help. That was fine. But once the manager left, another rude amber came in with an attitude. This did nothing to help fix the problem. Won’t be returning.

I haven’t been to old navy in awhile so I was okay with this store. First time it was pretty messy from all the Christmas shoppers but the second time was a little cleaner. They did have good sales for all ages.

Went here to get some work clothes and found exactly what I needed. Store wasn’t busy when I came in or left which was good for me since I did not have to wait in a line while checking out. The dressing rooms are big which I like so I don’t have to feel crammed in a small space while trying clothes on. I also did like how they played music in the store, it wasn’t too loud or too quite. Employees were nice and gave me a coupon for an upcoming sale which was nice.

Had a problem with a coupon here, and the cashier and manager were extremely helpful in resolving it. I will definitely keep shopping here simply because of the extra service they provided to help.
