One Lexington is one of the best Condominium in the up town Phoenix area. The location is right on the light rail access, only 10 minutes from downtown sports complex, 100 of restaurants to choose, and hotels that hosts many activities and happy hour. I would like to mostly recognize Tonya Blakely the Building Manager for her superb skills of managing a building of this size. She has done so many positive things for One Lexington. No matter how small or big, Tonya keeps us informed on everything! Her staff/​concierge are extremely friendly and very helpful, all the way down to making sure the pups that come in from their daily walk get a treat!
If you haven’t looked at One Lexington to purchase a condo, I strongly urge you to have a look at one of the available units.

Great building, HOA is strict and that is a great thing. Lots of value living here. Great neighbors who care about the community.
