BUYERS BEWARE! My husband and I worked with this office to purchase a 2300 sq foot modular for our property in Northern Ca and were completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and predatory sales practices we experienced. From day one we had a very hard time getting answers or any assistance with our project and at one point waited a month for a return email. After waiting we pursued help from Palm Harbor in Albany, OR and were beyond satisfied with the service, price and professionalism of our rep there. Then, out of the blue the rep from this office called with a too-​good-​to-​be-​true offer (which –SURPRISE — she wouldn’t put in writing). Low and behold she ended up rescinding the offer after less than 24 hours. When we told them how we felt about being lied to, the office then re-​offered the low ball offer. We reluctantly moved forward, testing the waters by asking for help with some plans for our contractor. Less than a day after being guaranteed AMAZING service and fielding apologies for their «mistake» in jerking us around with the previous offer, we were told that they would not even help by sending us foundation info until we made the long drive from CA to OR to put $ 1000 down on the home (the Albany office has never once asked us for this and has been helping us with the project since we first called their office — even when they found out we were considering an offer from the Phoenix office). When I explained that I could not make the drive for a week or so but still needed their help (I didn’t think this was too much to ask considering the impending $ 145k purchase from their office) they sent me an email back withdrawing their offer AGAIN. Wow. Give me a break. The bottom line is, you have lots of options on where to buy your home and confidence in your seller is HUGE. Don’t waste time with this office, you’ll end up empty handed. I highly recommend the Albany Office, same product from much more courteous and professional sales people, no deposits necessary for basic information and help and no shady sales practices.
