For a quick fix it’s good but don’t come at 5. A line almost out the door one server, one cashier

Absolutely the worst Panda Express in this part of town. The staff and servers are uncoordinated, unhappy, and look like they hate their jobs. They don’t have condiments, straws, or lids stocked. When I asked for a lid, the person at the register gave me massive attitude. It took them 5 minutes to get me a packet of soy sauce and they had to debate on who was going to restock the condiments before they got my request taken care of.

Every time I show up at 8 or 830 they don’t have any food left to serve and ALWAYS ask me to wait while they cook. The last time I showed up they had the food I asked for but instead of giving it to me they gave it to some people that ordered it on the Internet that were not even there yet. I think if they close at 9 they should be be prepared to serve to customers till that time and not close 30 minutes prior to the stated time forcing customers to wait. The people who work at this store have been treating me like this CONSISTENTLY a and it shows what kind of work ethics they have. I’ll never frequent Panda Express again.

Had to wait for a few entrees to cook but they apologized and gave me a small entrée for my wait which was super cool since I didn’t even complain about the wait :)

Panda is consistently good and fresh, that’s why they are always busy! Gourmet Chinese it isn’t, but you can’t beat the friendly workers and consistent fresh eats. My new favorite is the honey walnut shrimp. I usually get that for both choice.

Panda is panda. Always busy, always good food. Having lived in Asia for over a year I can say it’s a little shy of authentic Chinese food, but tastes great all the same. Fast,(usually), and inexpensive. Didn’t give the fifth star because of ambience. But it’s fast food. You get what you pay for here.

Obviously there are more gourmet Chinese food restaurants around… but Panda always hits the spot for me. The service is always speedy and friendly(at all of the many locations I’ve visited), and the food is pretty darn tasty. The Beijing Beef and new Honey Sesame chicken are tasty, and you can’t skip the chow mein noodles. Yum!

Employees: A+++++++++++++++++++ Food A++ If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Every single employee always smiles and is very friendly. The food is always fresh. This is my favorite panda and it is close to where I work. We come here often for take out and I have never had a bad experience.

Okay, so I am a sucker for Panda Express. You may think it is not Chinese food, but I gotta tell you that their Orange Chicken is to die for. The store at Thunderbird and 40th Street is fast(usually) and offers hot and fresh food. Expect to stand in line(out the door) if you arrive between 5 – 6 p.m. on weekdays. Overall, a quick place to get chinese food served fresh and hot. My favs: Orange Chicken, Chicken with Mushroom, and Mandarin Chicken. Tip: if you are on a diet, buy the kids meal. It comes with one side and one entrée, plus a cookie and a drink. Give the cookie to your kid, order Ice Tea or Diet Coke, and enjoy!
