This was my first escape game, it definitely got me addicted to escape games. But since this one, I’ve done 8 other rooms. And I must say, there’s definitely better rooms out there. However, if you can get this room in Groupon or living social, or just call PanIQ and see if they’ll honor the Groupon price, then it’s definitely worth it. Overall, when you’re paying $ 30 bucks a person for an hour, that’s Disneyland money, meaning, things should be very well done and the rooms should be very authentic looking. The kidnapped room didnt seem to be that for me. But, again, for a good price, it’s a ‘good’ room. Not the best out there.

We did the Wild West Room and finished with 2 minutes left!!! We did a party of 4. This was so much fun and such a great experience for all of us that did it together. I highly recommend this place. We used a Groupon, so the regular prices are a bit pricey!

This was a ton of fun! Great bonding experience for the whole group. Also, the customer service was fantastic and made our experience that much better.

I like their concept of paying for the whole room. I did the Kidnapped Room and the décor was decent. As a whole, this room was way to easy if you are an experienced escape room person. Our group finished in less than 30 minutes and we spent alot of time on a physical puzzle that should have taken a few minutes. I was disappointed as the puzzles were very easy. Think of it this way. In some escape rooms you are not sure what to do next. You spend alot of time try to figuring out what to do with a statue with a number on it. But in this escape room, you walk into a room and see a puzzle laying there. So you know to figure out the puzzle. Then when that is done, you know exactly where to go next. So if the puzzles are too easy, you breeze through the entire room. We finished in 30 minutes, and as we got out, another group finished the Wild West right after us. We overheard one of them say, «that’s it?» as they opened the final door. I think this is a good room for first timers as it eases them into thinking and problem solving for escape rooms. If you’ve done other ones in the valley and successfully solved them, these rooms would be way too easy for you.

Holy cow this was fun. We completed the Wild West room in under an hour with no clues but I’m telling you, you gotta be pretty clever to figure this out. I was with my 12yo, my 20yo and my husband. If I was by myself I would have been in the first room the whole time lol. The guy with the really long hair(sorry, forgot his name!) was very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a challenging fun activity for the whole family you must do this!

Booked this room a month in advance based on reviews and it was great. We did the«kidnapped» room. Pros: Very fun and difficult room. You definitely need at least 4, if not 6 people. Lot’s of things to figure out and things that take 2 peoples’ full attention. Cons: Check-in process is a little tedious with every person having to do it digitally on the iPad but only having one iPad available. They could have told a bit more of a story to lay the premise. As it stands, it’s just a very brief description of the situation. The price of this location is quite high, wish it was more affordable. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will definitely do the other rooms with this company.

We had a reservation for the«Kidnapped» room at 5:30p. When we got there, there was another group waiting for the«Wild West» room. It took quite some time to get us checked in, sign the terms, give us the rules and start trying to escape. The first group went before us and so I want to say we started around 5:50p. We didn’t have any timer which is odd bc they have a timer on the wall, but it was off. Although it was a lot of fun, exciting and challenging, we had no idea how much time we had left and where we were in terms of how many rooms left. We get to the last room and the guy employee comes in and tells us we ran out of time! We were so confused! What?! He tells us it’s 6:30p. I’m thinking, «Shouldn’t we have an hour from the time we start the game?» I mean we had a group before us and they had to get checked in and told the rules first before us. I did feel a little jipped because what if we could of beaten it??? Well obviously, we didn’t because we ran out of time and we only had 40 minutes or less to complete. I give all my stars for the escape room itself. To me, we pay for an escape room for an hour so we should get the whole hour!

This was a very fun experience! We tried the alien escape room and really had a good time solving all the puzzles. Chan and Jeff were incredibly nice and it was a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. We would definitely go back to try the other rooms! Not a scary experience at all, which I was sort of worried about because I can be a little jumpy.

One of the better Escape rooms in Phoenix. I like their style of story telling, and the Wild West room is the most immersive environment I have been in yet! We have tried all three rooms, Kidnapped probably being my favorite, but Wild West being the most fun. The only drawback is that this particular place does take a long time to post pictures(a few weeks); whereas it only takes a day or two at all the other businesses. Not a huge deal, just loses that excitement when you want to share the picture with friends.

Had a blast! 4 of us completed the Wild West room, but we completed it in only half an hour. The attendant couldn’t believe we made it out so fast. My only complaint is that we were«given» hints we didn’t ask for. The radio would buzz and the attendant would point us in a direction to look. We never radioed or asked for a hint once. We felt like the attendant, Jeff, was«too involved» in what we were doing. After completing the room in practically record time we talked with Chan, and she totally made up for it. Great customer service with her! Great experience overall!

THISWASAWESOME! My husband, mom(visiting from out of town) and I did this on a free evening we had together because we had all heard of escape the rooms and wanted to do one. We wanted to do this as a bonding activity but also because all three of us enjoy good challenges. Typically, my mom and my husband are competitive and I’m the one telling everyone«it’s only a game, calm down!» However, by the end, I was cursing(I don’t curse) and getting frustrated as a completive side I never see in myself was coming out. We failed the room, going over our 60 minute time by 3 minutes or so. It IS challenging doing the room with only 3 people(as it says on their website) partially because there were times when my husband and mother were solving a clue in one part of the room and meanwhile I was trying to solve a clue on my own in the other corner. Time is of the essence and the more minds working together, the better. However, it is by no means impossible to do this with only two or three people. We did the Wild West room and we felt like this was a good challenge level for us since this is our first escape room(we’ve heard that at PanIQ, the Kidnapping room is the most challenging with the Alien room being a close second). We would have finished the room in time(I imagine) but we didn’t realize it was«okay» to ask for hints. Although the lovely woman working there told us we could, we figured that a) that was«cheating» and b) we were going to escape this room ourselves, gosh dernit! In the future, we will phone in a few times and ask for hints!!! So again, this location is not«too tough» to complete as some other puzzle rooms I’ve seen reviews of in the Phoenix area. They want you to have fun! We will definitely be coming back with more family and friends in the future. It was SUCH a blast! We will be talking about this for a long time afterward.

We had lots of fun. We made it out of Wild West with two minutes to spare. The only thing I would suggest is if you are going to give out coupons to only some people(and say share with all your friends) and give out free games, you should be a little more subtle and not do it right in front of guests that you do not offer the same coupons too.

4 of us attempted the Aliens challenge and we made it out of the room in the allotted time. We did ask for a few hints along the way. We had a lot of fun and it was still challenging even with the hints. It’s a great way to spend an hour with some friends! The facility was clean. The people working there wer helpful. The computer in one of our rooms had some type of glitch so they added some additional minutes to make up for the time spent fixing it.

I’m not usually one for writing reviews, but this was a blast. We went in a group of 3 and did both the Alien and the Wild West room. The Alien was a bit less challenging, but both were very fun and enjoyable! I’m a huge fan of the point-and-click logic flash games, and this is the real life version. Puzzles to figure out. hints and clues, and a friendly person on the other end of a walkie talkie in case you get stuck. We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone! There didn’t seem to be any stressful or anxious moments. Nothing jumped out and grabbed us or anything like a halloween house. Just great logic puzzles and solving them to get your way out! Would have been fine for my parents as well.
