Just bought a pair of work shoes there. I asked the lady for rewards card because I shop often but she said «I already scanned the shoes. but next time if you come tell us phone number we will sign you in «. This is something that I feel not satisfied! When I told her I wanna a rewards card she scanned but I did not pay for it she can totally cancel it and sign me in tho. Probably she is in a hurry to get off from work but its 9 50when I walked in I just had to pick up a pair of work shoes I place for hold this afternoon. I was only 5min that I stayed in the store. I really not appreciate that when I ask a rewards card she was not give sign me in !!!

For super cheap shoes, this is the place to go.
Keep in mind, higher quality/more expensive shoes will last you a lot longer than the shoes you can buy at Payless.
