Payless Shoesource

This is where you go when you need some fun shoes to match one particular outfit and then not expect to last or be worn much after that. The only exception was a pair of Montego Bay clog platform sandals that I wore for YEARS before they fell apart. I was heartbroken. This is a good store to go on for some shoes before vacation. The shoes are cheap and not extremely well made. The selection is not great and the aisles are cramped with mis-​shelved shoes. It is dark and the staff if not very helpful or pleasant. The best thing they have going for them is the BOGO sales they have. That is a decent deal — IF you can find something you like in your size. That’s not always the easiest task. Word to the wise — don’t trust the marked size and try them on.
