Pediatric Surgeons of Phoenix

i had an appointment at 9:15am for a consultation with Dr. Dimler about getting my son who is 5 months old circumcised. For certain reasons we were not able to get him circumcised right away and I was referred here by my insurance company. When I arrived it was completely packed and i asked how long the wait was and was told there was only a couple people in front of me for Dr. Dimler and it would be 15 – 20 minutes. 5 patients later and an hour and a half later I was finally taken back. When the Dr. asked me why I was there him and his assistant basically laughed in my face and told me that insurance doesn’t cover voluntary circumcision and it would be thousands of dollars. I am completely appalled at how rude and inconsiderate these people were to me. I have never been treated so poorly before or seen such a non professional practice.
