I like this place, but I think they could just decrease the prices without all the talk about specials, and other stuff they try to push on me for a dollar off food or an item.
I want to get in, and get out. I’m not here to make friends and talk about my dogs with the nice employees. My dogs love the pigs ears and dog treats from this store. The employees are extremely nice, and they sometimes carry my purchases to my car.
The parking lot is very evil here. I light a candle and pray to whomever when I park in this lot.
Most importantly, my dogs love the food, snacks and toys from this place.

Absolutely the best pet food store I have ever been to! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and said they beat any competitors prices. We chatted for a while about our dogs and I left feeling like I have not only an awesome new place to buy dog food from, but people who really support our local community and my dogs :)

So it all started with a visit to the humane society «just to look.» Of course we fell in love, signed the papers and became dog owners. We got her home and realized we were ill equipped. Unilocal led us to Pet Planet. We entered with Cookie in tow and Candace took it from there. She fitted her with a harness and leash, helped us find the right crate, toys and food, provided helpful advice to us newbies, and reassured us they would be there in the future should anything we just purchased not be a perfect fit. The prices are reasonable and the service is superior. I will never shop anywhere else for Cookie.

I like this store because the staff is amazing and knowledgeable of the brands they are selling. My small senior dog experienced some vomiting and the vet recommended changing brands. When I called this location before they opened the staff member picked up the phone and listened to my questions patiently. She then made a recommendation of a brand they sell and offered a sample. Did I mention how wonderful they are with my fur-​child? He loves them there. This level of service could not be found at any of the big box stores. They have confirmed me as a customer.

Best Pet Health Food Store on the Planet. Best prices, great free buyers program and the most knowledgeable friendly staff you can ask for. I will never shop anywhere else for my beloved pets because this store is the best.
I have shopped all the pet specialty food stores in the valley and hands down, nobody beats Pet Planet. Love, Love, Love this place!

I decided to stop in here recently to buy some dental spray for our dogs as a friend told me about this items and told me that she was only able to get it at Pet Planet soooo I searched for one and lord and behold there was one a mile from work! I stopped in on my lunch hour and Victoria was soooo friendly and extremely helpful as this was my first time to Pet Planet. It was a Tuesday so she told me the specials on the bones and of course I bought 4 and a bag of the bully sticks an the dental spray. My large dog LOVED the bones I got (and the bully sticks) and my other dog wanted to like the bone but it was a tad large for her but is obsessed with the bully sticks and I love how they are cut as it’s a perfect treat for them! The dental spray is easy to give to them and they also don’t mind it at all. I know I will be back in the very near future to buy more goodies!

I’ve enjoyed shopping here for my dog. They are small and quaint, yet have a good selection of various pet products. On every visit I have been greeted by a staff member. The associates are friendly and definitely know their products. They are a bit more expensive than the big chain stores, but they offer the service that you just don’t quite get with those big businesses.
I recommend Pet Planet for the dog owner who is looking for a personalized visit and staff trained and ready to answer questions about their products.

I’m currently looking for a beagle, and a friend recommended this place. I was very pleased with the staff, they were very helpful explaining to me everything I needed to know. I didn’t get get one yet from there, but I’ll definitely come back, and not only for the free samples.

The staff are helpful & friendly and the prices are reasonable. I have 2 Tonkinese cats and 1 of them developed an allergy to her food (Royal Canin) and the staff directed me to a single protein no filler food. Since the switch she’s back to normal.

All the staff, but especially Victoria, are caring pet lovers and very helpful. I has the very good fortune to find this place over a year ago and have patronized it ever since. Their self wash is exceptional, in price, quality and privacy.

My husband and I loved this store. We have a new puppy and needed food for him. The young lady greeted us right away and was available for questions. When we were checking out she put us into their computer system and asked for the names of our pets. She told us about all of the specials they do and encouraged us to being our dogs in on Fridays. It was over all a really great experience. We have been shopping at a different pet food store for a while with mediocre service. So glad we went into this store!

Family owned and local option to get decently priced healthy (they screen everything before putting it on the shelves!) for your mutts! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have pet perk type rewards so you can get eventually get a bag of food for free or get money off if you’re only buying treats or accessories. Oh and did I mention they give free samples?!
