I have been going to Phoenix Precast Products for a little over a year. I started a small handyman company and wanted to branch out into landscape and design. This company bent over backwards to help me get started with their precast planters, tables, fire-​pits, post caps and fountains. When I ordered a wrong color for a client at close of business on Friday night, I called and left a message after they were closed. When I called again on Monday morning, John had already received the message and corrected the order with no fuss or cost upcharge. John and Cindy are both customer oriented, kind, knowledgeable, and ready to meet your precast concrete needs.

I’ve been trying to pick up a particular statue from one of the manufacturers that distributes through a small number of places in Phoenix and, after repeated failures in working with a few competitors, a regional rep for the manufacturer pointed me towards John over at Phoenix Precast.
John is a delightful person to work with, well informed about the business and his suppliers and the entire process. He knows the products well, as I chatted with him about some of the prior purchases I had made from the same product line, as well as some of my experience with his competitors.
In a few minutes, I was on my way with my statue paid for and on order. John was able to get done for me in a few minutes what others had failed to accomplish even when I gave them weeks to get the job done. A very pleasant fellow who knows how to treat a customer, even if I’ve never spent any money with him up to this point.
I will definitely bring repeat business to this place in the future and make it a point to work with John again. Highly recommended!
