Extremely rushed. Spent no more than 35 minutes in the salon for a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut. Came in early for my 5:30 pm appointment, was taken back 10 minutes late. Stylist (never introduced herself) told me to take a seat in her chair which was covered with hair from her last client (first bad sign!), she asked what I wanted and said ok let’s get you shampooed. Sat down in the chair for one of the roughest shampoos of my life! She put in the deep conditioning treatment and then has me sit under a dryer for 10 minutes and said just come get me when it’s done. After I went and got her she rinsed my hair quickly and had me go back to the chair. She then roughly brushed out my hair and spent no more than 2 minutes cutting it! I then braced myself for another rushed procedure with the blowdryer. After all was said and done I has spent a total of 30 minutes in her care and this included the deep conditioning! Definitely will not be going back! Extremely disappointed as this looked like a great place.
