Piercing Pagoda

I took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced today here and had a very pleasant experience.
A very long time ago, staff from another Pagoda shop at the Stanford Shopping Center pierced my ears and I remembered very good experience from back then, so when my daughter was finally ready, I only looked up Pagoda online to find the nearest location.
She kept asking if it hurts, and although she was excited about finally getting her ears pierced after two years of waiting, she started getting nervous. That’s when they offered to pierce both of her ears at the same time!
This offer made a huge difference in our experience. Have they done one at a time, she might have gotten so nervous from the first pain, she might not have been able to do for the second one.
Yes it hurts a little and she was doing the best she can not to cry. She was so proud and happy that she got over with the pain so quickly.
They have quality of earrings selection. First timers one are 10k gold. Staff was very friendly and they were very clean.
I highly recommend pagoda. They took care of both me and my mini me.

Took our 1 year old to get her ears pierced and the girl who helped us was very nice. We waited a couple minutes for the other girl to get there so we could have both ears done at once and whalah! It was done so fast! I highly recommend them! I was a little taken a back that it was just a kiosk in the mall but they were very clean and professional and sent us home with cleaner and all the instructions!

So… had been curious and wanted to give it a whirl — got my ears pierced. We had circled the mall trying to find a place that had basic studs that suited out taste (not little sparklies) and after a few unlucky stops, we landed @ the Pagoda. The girl behind the counter was awesome (and I am sorry I don’t remember your name!) offering education, tips, tricks and was completely a part of the experience and made it fun. I am often disappointed, sadly, with retail sales associates, and I wasn’t about to have it whilst someone is putting holes in my body. Anywho — thanks.

Went in and took my little niece to get her ears pierced and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with… along with good prices! :)
