Just had my 8th workout at Pivot and I’m pretty sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! Every class has been different from the previous one and my muscles are not getting bored. I hadn’t done pilates prior to purchasing a deal at Pivot Pilates, but Chelsea is a great instructor and I haven’t felt lost or out of place once during class. I’m sorta tall, so I look like a gangly string bean, but I must be doing something right cuz a few people have asked about my workouts recently. You will utilize a yoga mat, pilates ring, weights, bands and every muscle in your body during this workout. It is a full hour… not 55, 56 or 58 minutes. An hour. And by the end, you are so ready for those stretches. Its hard work, but my abs and glutes are thankful!
