After being put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on I decided to drive there and order. I ordered 3 medium pan pizzas. When I got back to pick up the pizzas the cashier showed me the pizza and they were hand tossed pizzas, not pan how I asked. I brought it to their attention that they were not pan. The cashier said that it was pan but has no idea why it was coming out so thin today. I became upset and told him that was not pan so he showed his co workers and they said they only have hand tossed and that they were out of pan pizza. I’m upset that the cashier was trying to trick me into thinking that is what a pan pizza looked like. I dislike being lied to. I wish I could post a picture of my receipt it clearly said pan pizza.

Placed an order for delivery on line and was given an eta of 2:35am this store closes at 12am on a saturday. Called store to see if delivery time was right or what was going on only to be told they are not doing deliveries tonight just carry out…
