Has any and every sales person NOT seen Pretty Woman!!! Sorry my husband and I don’t dress to impress when we shop for furniture. We wrote off the Fashion Square location a few years ago for the same reason. We have spent TONS of money with you in the past and will no longer even step into your stores. We are the easiest customers. We walk in knowing what we want and wanting to buy it that day. Today no one greeted us when we walked in. Sales lady went out of her way to ask the cute family if they needed help. The wife was wearing a flowery dress and husband wearing his khakis and button up shirt… must mean they are loaded. Right? I was wearing my torn up Levi’s with a baseball hat and my hubby in shorts and Steelers shirt… oh, he has a shaved and goatee. We must’ve come from off the street. Sales lady looked us up and down and walked away. We laughed and left the store. Lost a large sale today, again. Peace out Pottery Barn.

I’m a customer that has decorated my whole home with Pottery Barn furniture. i was there Friday night March 6th2015, at about 6:00pm returning $ 250.00 worth of drapes with the receipt. This was at the Pottery Barn on Camelback in Phoenix. I hadn’t been able to find the plastic packaging they were in. I misplaced them and felt really bad about it. I even called in advance and told Pottery Barn about my problem with not being able to find the packaging. They told me to bring them in and return them anyway and they had packaging to place them in… no worries. I brought them in Friday night for the return and boy, did I get a scolding like I was a child from the Manager. I told her I had called in advance and talked to a sales women about the problem. She said, «Well, I’m the Manager and we just don’t take returns without the packaging! » blah blah blah. I felt she was lacking in professionality with a big attitude to boot! She demonstrated very poor customer service. I think she needs to be called on the carpet for treating a customer like a child. Scold scold scold! Yes, she did let me return them.

Ordered a bunch of decorative items, an arc floor lamp, a lamp shade, and a dining buffet with hutch with the«care card» in October. About $ 3,100−3,400 worth. I called in November they told me it wasn’t there yet. I called again today, Dec 14th… it’s there! I sent my kids to pick it up. They brought that lamp home, opened it, it’s scratched. Then they went back to pick up the lamp shade. We now need to re-package the lamp, pack it up and take it to the store. They are supposed to have ordered a replacement(hopefully not scratched) in deform Denver. I’m not holding my breath. Happy with hutch and buffet, extremely extremely extremely unhappy with Biltmore Phoenix Pottery Barn customer service. For the money, this is ridiculous.

The ladies who were working last night were extremely helpful and nice There were so many nice seasonal products out and we were in, looking for pillows (which means, we ended up picking up random things along the way) We found some cute white ones and the employee was nice enough to get new ones from the back They have lovely wine bottle covers that I picked up The prices were very reasonable

One of my favorite décor stores. The store has such a great atmosphere and love going around holidays to get decorating ideas. Staff is always very helpful. They have great classes that they offer and if you attend you get 10% off that day. They also offer free in home design consultations if you need ideas and help with your home.

The customer service at this Pottery Barn is above and beyond the rest. I recently got married and we were registered at Pottery Barn which meant we frequented Pottery Barn often. The staff has always been nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. I find that it’s much easier going into the store with questions instead of calling the 1 – 800 number and I have yet to be unsatisfied with this location. The sales associate, Pedro, helped us out in a time of a return emergency. This Pottery Barn isn’t as big as the one at the Quarter, but the service is worth the visit.

am i the only one who thinks pottery barn has gone down hill? pottery barn has never been my style to begin with, every now and then i find things i like but there’s something country about it and i don’t like country. anyway. the quality is not what it used to be. and the service is farrrr from good. just today i was accused of being dishonest because i wanted to return some crappy plates that were falling apart. «are you sure it’s not just normal wear and tear? we have a lot of people trying to return stuff so they can have brand new dishes before the holidays.» «um, that most certainly is not me and im offended you would insinuate i’m trying to do that» «im not insinuating anything ma’am.» «really? then why say it?» i expect this sorta crap from target but im totally shocked pottery barn is hopping on the crappy customer service wagon. let me get this straight: you sell me borderline expensive crap, i complain about the crap and want to return it, instead of standing behind your product and taking care of your customer, you suggest that a lot of people are dishonest when they return stuff but i shouldn’t take offense? the problem is not me, its you and your crappy dishes. i won’t be returning.

Pottery Barn is a nice serene store. Kind helpful employees, but not intrusive. I enjoy walking through when at the Biltmore, Alas for me the merchandise is geared toward folks who have yet to develop a personal style. Very generic in design for the most part. So this might be why it is so serene, it does not excite my senses. They have nice usable products.

The more I like places, the more I buy gifts there, but rarely anything for myself. I really like Pottery Barn, especially the Pottery barn of about 8 – 10 years ago, and I’ve bought lots of things there, but I honestly can’t remember buying anything for myself except some coasters that were on clearance. Apparently I need to become much more selfish. Pottery Barn is really awesome. I’ve always thought there name could explain them. Pottery — Nice, expensive, something to be valued at a higher level than just it’s actual purpose. Barn — Something casual, relatable, and very nostalgic. I know that’s not how they came up w/the name, but it fits to me. They want things that don’t just function, but have a certain look that will be valued for it’s look and longevity as much as it’s purpose — while remaining very relatable and comfortable in the home. Their prices aren’t as outrageous as you might think. They aren’t cheap, but they are fairly good for the quality. But of course, if you are a good shopper(which is quite the past-time in the Greater Phoenix area), you can often find similar things for less. Still, it’s a great spot to find unique things for your home, wonderful gifts, and great ideas for where the trends are headed. Go check it out. And buy a little something for yourself.

Pottery Barn is one of those stores that I’d love to shop at, if I had money. So for now, I settle for a stroll through when I’m at Biltmore Fashion Park. PB has everything– from furniture and bedding to home décor items and small gifts. But things aren’t cheap, and even«sales» aren’t that great around these parts. I did get some really cute pillows here to go with my couch that weren’t tooo pricey, and a picture frame that is awesome, and as for the other, bigger items, I just look at those. If you like modern/contemporary furniture and home décor items, you’ll like what they have here at Pottery Barn. Oh and they have great jewelry boxes too, so if you need one or want to give one as a gift, this is a spot to check that you probably wouldn’t have thought of otherwise!
