I needed help figuring out how to connect my microphone cable into my Bose Sound Dock II. The owner stayed late so I could bring in my equipment to show him. He pulled together all the cables and connectors that I needed. He had two of the three items that I needed. He wrote down the name of the third connector that I needed from Fry’s Electronics or Radio Shack. I appreciated his helpfulness and knowledge base. Tip: this store is hard to find in the dark. Call for directions.

I don’t even live in Phoenix and yet I use these folks to fix my guitars. I have had them set up and repair two acoustic guitars of mine and both times I have been impressed with their repair skills. I asked for one guitar to be set up, which they did nicely, but they pointed out a loose section of the bridge and had to fabricate a piece of wood to fix it properly. Well done. The other visit with my other guitar they had to reglue a section of the top and also repair the nut which had been badly adjusted by another shop during set up and now it is like new.

Took my Strat in to be serviced about nine months ago because of some fret buzz. They fixed the specific fret buzz but now it buzzes in several other places and I have some dead bends. Go somewhere else.
