Simply put… The worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in my entire life. They say a picture speaks a thousand words, so I posted a few. Here is a hotel that prides itself on quality and comfort. I understand that everyone my have different expectations and experiences but in my experience, this was not the case. The pictures that I posted reflect as such. If they are able to present me a room that seems to be falling apart and with visible stains throughout, I can only imagine what I do not and cannot see. I reported the issue to staff and was given an empty apology, it was more of an indifferent response. They were able to change my initial room but as you would expect, did not matter. The new room had its own new problems and new stains. I attempted to reach out to the staff once more but this time nothing was done. I tried to look for other hotels in the area but unfortunately for me, the«good ones» were all booked. I was forced to stick it out for the remaining of my business trip. I felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the bed so I did the old sleep in your clothes routine. I was awoken a few times by the noise the other guests where making as the walls are thin. Overall, I was truly amazed that a hotel chain such as Quality Inn had such low standards for their hotel and guests. They did not care in what state they rented their«suites» nor how this would reflect on their business. On a side note, yes the hotel offered free«breakfast» but in retrospect how much quality goes into that? Do they focus more on the quality of the«free» breakfast than your room or experience? I could only imagine the state the kitchen was in or how they stored the food which is why I didn’t go near it. Again, this was my experience with Quality Inn and Suites. My first and last. I truly hoped this helped in some way.

Nice and decent hotel. Swimming pool not the cleanest, but for a decent hotel it was good. Service was very good. Room nice and comfy. TV was hard to figure out and not good wi-fi. Nice standard breakfast in the morning. Close to Trolley system, which took me directly to Chase Field to catch a baseball game. Not close to restaurants but the trolley can get you there. Price was very decent.

I am a pretty harsh critic of hotels and accommodations. If anything is lacking, I am pretty sure to call a place out on it. Though this place had a bit of a mildew problem, and the ventilation probably needed to be cleaned out, for the money, the location(close to transportation, though it was kind of a sketchy area at night), it wasn’t terrible. What really pushed this place over the edge, though, was the attention to customer service. The front desk was incredibly professional and courteous — even helped my friends/roommates get transportation to a local IHOP because they were hungry, no other place in the area was open and we didn’t have a car. I liked that they compensated their guests for the Super Shuttle to the airport. And the free breakfast. I am all about breakfast, and free rhymes with me. In a pinch, I’d stay here again. Their service really did push things over the edge for me.

I selected this hotel because the two closest/nicer hotels near my seminar were fully booked. I had low expectations of the hotel, which turned out to be accurate. Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Courtesy shuttle from the airport and courtesy local shuttle 7 – 5 each day allowed me to save money on taxis. Free breakfast(eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee) was better than nothing. Room appeared clean. Flat screen TV with standard cable channels. Good shower water pressure. Cons: Dated furnishings. No fan in the bathroom. Small bathroom and sink/counter area. Toilet leaked water onto floor. Very loud air conditioning unit. Hallway noise could be heard in the room. Curtains did not fully block out street light. Breakfast selection limited compared to most hotels. Overall, if I had a car and was not limited by location, I would not stay here again

Horrible hotel!!! Staff is either rude or doesnt speak English and just stares. 24hour shuttle is a lie. The hotel was annoyed when I called for a shuttle from the airport and told me I would have to take the super shuttle. My room was dirty. There was dried food on the floor, rust in the tub, and mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. I should have known better… on the drive to the hotel all the businesses have bars on the Windows.

I got a pretty good deal for 3 nights here when I flew out for my friend’s wedding. But after checking-in, that is where the good times stopped. The staff were meek-mannered and not very helpful when I asked to received the 10% discount for Checking-In; they said since I checked in through a different site I couldn’t receive the discount. My room had windows but they were high up, no view to speak of, and the only ice machine was on the first floor near the vending. The carpet was old looking and coffee left something to be desired. The only good thing was that the local delivery pizza was able to deliver to our room, so we didn’t have to go downstairs to get it! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quality Inn that’s not so quality — dungeonesque hallways, a non-smoking hotel with rooms that reek of ancient cigarrette smoke, lumpy beds, stained ceilings, and free shuttle that isn’t available or is late when you make hour in advance reservations. Refused late checkout though the hotel did not seem busy at all. If you don’t like the way your ‘non-smoking’ room smells upon entry, request another — I wished I tried this. The place has some pluses: it’s a block and a half from the $ 3.50/day metro light rail, just minutes/a couple stops north of downtown and the convention center. Free wireless is pretty fast, free breakfast is a great start to the day with just about anything you could want and the staff is amiable though I’d say not particularly outgoing. If you’re on a startup budget, you can probably deal with the dilapidated amenities.
