I was recently told to stop eating gluten. What once felt like going into a world of flavorless, sad, options now feels great since I found Quinoa Esta Bakery items sold at Luci’s Healthy Marketplace. The website also has so many other things that I’m very much looking forward to trying. The Raspberry Shortbread Bars are superb. With so many things I’m unable to eat it’s nice to know I still have some tasty options. Thank you!

Love your Red Quinoa Red Velvet Cake! It’s as delicious as it looks and good for you. I would love it even more if you would make a version of this with stevia. Trying to eliminate sugar in my diet. :)

As a health writer and nutrition coach(graduate of both the Metabolic Typing and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition programs), I am always looking for healthy but great tasting snacks for my clients and readers. After all, I can’t constantly suggest eating veggies, otherwise nobody would listen to me and I’d be out of business. The problem with most desserts is the white flour content which goes right to the gut and can also cause chronic disease if consumed regularly. Quinoa Esta Bakery, to my knowledge, is the only dessert on the market made with 100% quinoa flour. I admit sometimes I’m dubious about claims of being both great tasting and healthy. I’ve tried gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that had a consistency of wallpaper – and tasted like it. I inquired about where the bakery purchases their quinoa flour because I want to make sure it’s from a trusted source. I don’t think quinoa has been bastardized by GMO’s yet, but to me it’s important where the ingredient is coming from. Turns out the bakery purchases directly from the source in South America.
