beyond upset right now. just had a claim finalized as denied. shipment through echo (3rd party). the freight was clearly damaged by r&l prior to delivery. we have many photos and there was documentation of the damage before customer accepted freight. the damage happened while in r&l’s hands… why should i have to lose $ 2500 from damage R&L caused? not even going to try to pay for part of the damage? just deny the entire thing? serious? if you like your freight damaged and not being compensated for it, use R&L carriers.

RL Carriers offers freight shipping all over the country. I shipped a 180-​lb vending machine from the door of my Phoenix condo to another residential destination 1,500 miles away, so it’s not just for businesses. It was delivered with no problems.
If you can fill out a bill of lading with the correct NMFC item number (google helps), then you’re all set. I’ve worked with the Phoenix R&L people for receiving, too, and had great results. The driver was on his way to deliver a motorcycle to another customer, how cool is that?! Basically, if you have to ship something using a pallet, such as an engine or a bunch of heavy boxes, check out R&L.
